Initiates client has been established for 13 years with operations in 18 countries. They offer a full suite of traditional and Voice of the internet -based solutions, including automated telephone conferencing, operator-assisted teleconferencing and Web conferencing (for data, file, appplication sharing) services to businesses around the world. Their solutions enable customers to communicate real-time via their advanced, open standards global conferencing platform.
The current rquirement is for a numners of New Business Sales Executives who will identify, close and maintain new and existing business opportunities for their conferencing solutions.
Minimum 3 years successful new business sales experience Solutions sales experience Consultative sales approach Excellent communication skills at all levels. Excellent negotiating skills Excellent telephone skill Professional Sales Presentation experience to all levels.
Salary Base up to Ј30k OTE Ј60k plus standard benefits The least successful sales person in the business is current 140% of target.
